Well it looks like they are succeeding. NOLA is a pretty interesting place right now (though it always has been). Depending on your perspective... you've got a racist thing or a perseverance thing going on. That was a pretty good article. It's a social petrie (sp?) dish... it will say a lot about our culture. I guarantee the whole world of urban planning is watching...
