LOts to evidence to support that Ralph. I read about some studies done on vitamin E and Omega 3 fatty acids.

I think it was a Danish report?

They said they found no evidence vitamin e did anything but omega three fatty acids cut heart attacks in half.

I am lucky in that I have year around access to fresh king salmon which I eat several times a week. The rest of the week I eat a local prawn called a spot prawn (wild, sweet and clean), crab, halibut or rock fish. All fresh and well taken care of. Lots of chippino-lol.

And our waters are super pristine.

I think I got lucky moving up to southeast Alaska years ago. clouds protect from too much sun, air is clean, living low stress life style, and lots of fresh seafood and bike trails everywhere. And I have not locked my front door in 25 years-lol.

I take Omega capsules additionally and also have taken lipitor for about 10 years. My doc freind said all of his cardiologist friends take lipitor. Even in people with low cholesterol it cuts heart attacks in half.
