We desperately need universal health care and we're finally going to get it. The profit-gouging of the big pharmas and HMO's is a huge waste of money. And our health care crisis in this country is getting worse and worse and worse, not better. Quit siding with the HMO lobbyists, you BS artist.

Despite Bush's huge expenditure, much of the money's being raked off into corporate coffers and the American people are getting the shaft. Bush making it a rule we can't negotiate or deal for cheaper drugs is hugely criminal and shows he is not on the peoples' side.

As they are proving in Massachusetts now, universal health care saves money and works. It works in every other developed country so it can work here too. Under Bush we have something like 50 million Americans without health care and the price of it has doubled in 5 years. Same as energy prices. The two biggest ripoffs in modern history taking place under our noses.
