ElM, they should try $100 an hour. I expect the $34 an hour is not the whole story. Such as "We are nasty people who nobody would want to work for anyway and you have to pay your own transport and tools and insurance and we only have casual work available, maybe for 5 hours a week". Heck, if they are having trouble getting workers, I'll pop in and see them now. Got an address or phone number? If they include an air-conditioned limo and make it $200 an hour I'll start tomorrow.
