"I think school administrators stink when it comes to handling money." That is part. Another is that to comply with regulations, there is a lot of administrative overhead. Other countries don't have that.

Ted, Did you ever see the movie the Joy Luck Club? I think I've asked you before but I can't remember your response........your comments above remind me of that movie. Yep, saw it in the theaters and on video. A very good reflection of Asian-American culture, though most of my friends' parents did not nearly have the dramatic stories that the mothers in the movie did. I meant the junk food.......parents tell you not to eat junk food but what kid listens? Did you? Nah, always found a way around my parents. Come to think of it, I didn't even have a Nintendo, but I always played at my friend's house. Tenchusatsu
