Pragmatist my left foot...ok where is Bush's pragmatic solution to environment? What has he done over the past 6 years? And as to just how pragmatic people like you are, I need to look no further than Australia. It's been one ecological disaster after another all because of "pragmatic" solutions...as you say, 90% of the world oxygen is produced by oceanic flora and messing that up can kill all life on earth. So I am afraid I am not interested in "pragmatic-stop-gap" solutions; I want the correct and low risk solution. ST
