for some reason the fax line stopped working. on a brand-new fax. i talked to the mfr (Brother) and they said many of their faxes won't work on Vonage now. something about the VOIP connection. i tried to talk to VG, but they put me on hold for an hour. i also thought it was ridiculous that they sent me postal mail and voice mail hyping their stock. so they are willing to waste money sending me mail to hype their stock, but they won't help me as a farking customer to get my fax to work on their line? fark em. i had several financially naive friends call me asking if they should buy the IPO. i said not to touch it w/a 10ft pole.
