Hmmm.. interesting perspective.. But does tribe constitute a nation of people deserving of an individual state?

Think Tutsi and Hutu in Rwanda/Burundi. Perhaps two states with ethnic division would be best. In Zimbabwe, there are Shona at about 80% who control the entire show now, and the Ndebele at 15% who don't control much. BTW, I used to be able to look at an individual and guess their tribe with quite high accuracy. Shona's are lighter colored, and have a rounder face and are generally shorter. Ndebele are more glossy black, taller, and have a thinner longer face (they are Zulu relatives).

I used to be very opposed to ethnic states, but after looking at Israel realistically, and also looking at what I know of Africa, I'm not so opposed anymore.
