The Wall Street Journal tops its world-wide newsbox with Gen. Michael Hayden getting confirmed as new head of the CIA. Everyone else stuffs the news. The Senate vote was 78 to 15.

Wonder if any of the services have numbers on "battle" the media expected re Hayden and the Senate.....How many articles (column inches) have been written on the front pages or 1st 4 inside the paper for the NYT, WaPo, LAT, etc....and then nada word?????
