Doug:

Q2 is going to be a disaster for Intel. Q3 is also going to be bad since nearly a full quarter of NGA will not stop a further sales decline. These two events will send Intel to new depths. Q4 may be a little better than Q3, but YoY it will be much worse. Thus Intel's 2006 will add up to being a disaster.

Intel has not seen its lows for the year. Its not even near them, yet.

Pete

I expect Intel is at/near the bottom right now, and could recover a bit this fall

Doug,

I wouldn't expect Intel to move up strongly until early next year, though I expect Intel is at/near the bottom right now, and could recover a bit this fall.

I think AMD is at risk of a significant decline this summer and fall.

I think both stocks are at risk over the next 2 to 4 months.
