QCOM has the Design Center building back again: <That's one of the reason they need to keep the infrastructure part of the business.> Though not the infrastructure. Ericsson gave up and is off Mira Mesa. So is Nokia though they are still clinging to a hill up Highway 15.

QCOM is back in the Design Center which has been refurbished and is looking excellent and alive after a sorry time in the hands of L M Ericsson and the hagfish slimeballs.

I dare say that many of the infrastructure employees who were sold down the river to Ericsson are back in the QCOM fold.
