Brilliant. How did it work? The heater turns the water to steam which runs a nano generator putting power back into the grid?

if i looked at my homes for investment i would be broke by now. bought 11 homes moving around the country. usually at terrible times during economy. corp moves give limited time to buy or sell. one year i had bought three homes and sold .

since i have been retired and in my home for twenty years i do not participate in home market nor do i care about it. Of course i live in an area without much appreciate but i like it just he way it is.

sorry do you equity as investment. always carry a mortgage and keep the money in the stock market vs sit locked up in a home.
