northeast and mid atlantic due of big storms along their coast. i can see the shores and cape getting lots of damage. Housing in those areas are right on top of the ocean now.

In the mean time insurance companies continue to underwrite plans for those that live in high risk areas and collect premiums.

Does that make it right that insurance companies abrogate the contract?
