on fox two democrats one said all the constitutional lawyers that testified before congress this morning said it was illegal.. wonder where they found these guys?

one democrat said it correctly.. they can raid an office at any time but common sense they should have alerted the speaker or sargent of arms. or got someone from congress to represent them during the search.

I expect since so many leaks in congress the fbi considered it and rejected it. ha

Well the FBI had a legal search warrant that they executed. Whether that is constitutional is something that will be decided by the judicial branch not the folks convening now trying to cover their own lying asses.

The proper way to resolve the issue is for Jefferson to file a motion to suppress the evidence if he is indicted.

People like Hastert should butt out and STFU.

These people have no idea ho clueless and out of touch they are appearing to the ordinary American.
