I'm not sure there isn't something to the idea that all the clowns are afraid of having their offices checked. These people have no idea ho clueless and out of touch they are appearing to the ordinary American. No kidding.

These people have no idea how clueless and out of touch they are appearing to the ordinary American. If the answer is so clear, why has Bush sequestered the evidence for 45 days while the matter is hashed out? Regardless of your opinion, it's nevertheless a fact that this (searching the Congressional office of a sitting Congressman) has never occurred since the Foundation. Not at all the same thing as searching his home. The ordinary American has no concept of Separation of Powers, and they surely don't understand the Constitution.

Here's a couple of hypothetical questions: 1) Can the FBI search the chambers of a sitting federal judge? 2) Can the FBI search the chambers of a member of the Supreme Court? 3) Can the FBI search the Oval Office (looking for evidence against the President)?
