Perhaps Carmine should read the boards more often. There might just be a change of opinion.

...any sales of the Securities by Insiders within the twelve-month period prior to the opinion have been made in compliance with Rule 144, including, without limitation, any required filings of Form 144...

Unless I missed them, I don't see any Form 144s filed anywhere. If there truly are none, why didn't Atty Bua simply say none have ever been required?

It is not entirely clear as to what the purpose of this opinion is supposed to be. Is PLNI trying to assure Pinksheets that they are fit to be reinstated, or is this some sort of threat of legal action? Either way, I don't think that Pinksheets is going to be convinced.
