According to the letter sent out by TD Ameritrade dated April 13th, 2006

Looks like no one can produce the mystery letter. And why did PLNI only release the info with very short notice of the allegded deadline in the mystery letter.

The total nonsense continues.

I agree with you. For the life of me the PR makes no sense whatsoever. What could Turek had hoped to accomplish? He had to know that this would have a negative effect on the PPS. He also had to know that not everyone had a copy of this, and that it simply was not true in all cases. At this point, it most certainly looks like the entire PR was purely bogus. Perhaps Turek as mad a TDA and decided to get back at them with this silly PR. I dunno... This is very odd.
