re: number of "headline" characters [at] thread list

Mrs. Churak at IH asked about the same question there,
and Miss Milky figured out that if you only want a few characters be displayed
as the "headline," then:

1. type a few in the first line
2. press Enter
3. press keyboard space bar
4. press Enter
5. then type whatever needs to be da post bod

A "Newline" plus a "space" plus a "Newline" is de IH Terminator.

I thought the way it worked is that I'm storing the first 80 characters or however many words doesn't take me past 80 characters, and displaying the first 50 in lists like profiles and subjects, and my own testing confirms it, but yours doesn't.

I'll check into this more closely when I get a chance.

Bob,

Can you explain all the different "lifetime" memberships here?
I've read through the list but don't get it.

How can there be so many lifetime membership types and what are the cutoff dates for each?

TIA
