For a minute assume that the EU the Russians and the Chinese unite and state it is their policy to never ever allow the United States to get stronger/richer than them at any cost...in fact they will not even allow the US to become comparable to them and they will not allow any country to join forces with the US so as to be able to challenge them. Nor will they allow US to have trade or industry relations that would let US surpass them. How would you react to this?
