Doesn't make sense. If you believe corporations shouldn't have pecuniary liability, then they don't need insurance.

But they could offer "group" malpractice insurance for their employees.

But whatever.. Legally, you cannot separate the corporation from the actions of its employees anymore than you can separate the President from being responsible (technically speaking) for the actions of people in his administration.
