For those who are interested in Jesse's timeless advice I strongly recommend "REMINISCES OF A STOCK OPERATOR" by Edwin LeFevre. Avoid Richard Smitten's books. You will notice that interviewees in all three "Market Wizard" books (by Jack Schwager, also highly recommended) refer to Livermore as the greatest trader ever and an inspiration to their own phenomenally successful careers.
