Tim, IMO the suggestion from that article was that the 2.93GHz Conroe XE parts in general will have a 65W TDP, the 3.2GHz parts about 85W TDP, and they'll let it run up to 130W for even higher clocked 65nm parts as they see fit to launch them.

That's not surprising as the whole rest of the Conroe family up to 2.66GHz is 65W TDP, and a 3GHz Woodcrest with faster FSB is 80W TDP.
