Bush doesn't even bother to count the dead Iraqis.

Yeah.. and do any of the rest of you.. Nightline doesn't post up the names of innocent Iraqis who have died from carbombs, suicide vests, beheadings, and outright execution by the insurgents.

Do you think all of this killing is going to end just because US troops leave?

Man.. what color is the sky in your world??

Kissinger told Zhou the United States respected its Hanoi enemy as a "permanent factor" and probably the "strongest entity" in the region. "And we have had no interest in destroying it or even defeating it,"

Yeah.. something REALLY to be proud of.. We basically permit N. Vietnam to invade the South, with no threat of having their own government put at risk.. All because we were willing to sacrifice Indo-China in order to pursue better relations with China. (who then went to war with the N. Vietnamese later on in a border dispute).

And what's been the result? Three decades of lost time for the Vietnamese as they were forced to suffer under the brutal and corrupt regime in Hanoi.

Yeah.. bet you're real proud of that decision..
