Nomar has really made a difference for them....>> Yup...I agree with you...The Cubs gave the Dodgers one of their best coaches (who manages now) and of course they decided to give up on Nomar just when he launches into one of his best seasons...Nomar would have been the ideal replacement for D. Lee at 1st base...He also can fill in at SS, 2nd and 3rd...The Cubs should have kept him...;-) -s2@WouldaCouldaShoulda.com btw, Kerry Wood is pitching tonight as the Cubs try to take a series from the Astros.
