I haven't found a practical way for us to do it......

There appears to be a few expensive methods. Reverse osmosis, bone char (a form of carbon), alumina (aluminum oxide), fluoride ion exchange resin, distilation filters.

At first it seemed like an idea would be to dedicate one or two water spigots for drinking only and have the filters attached to those. But then eventually I saw a study saying that fluoride is easily absorbed into the body while bathing, showing, washing...

I wonder if they have heard of any solutions to the problem.
