that is highly questionable. I believe that 65nm and 45nm chips are far more expensive than 130nm and 90nm. Companies are driven to lower geometry not because of the cost savings but because of the power consumption

You don't appear to be very serious about this. About 90% of your posts talk about capacity and production costs while the remainder talk about performance. Of the performance related posts several were trying to make the case that the performance difference wasn't all that great between Athlon and Pentium and performance had little impact on computer purchases.

Then earlier today you claimed that if Intel inventories didn't decline in Q2 you'd consider selling your Intel shares. Yet almost no NGA processors will be shipped in Q2. So once again you appear to be showing that you are influenced far more by capacity and cost issues than performance or features.
