I guess it's too hard to talk about hypothetical. Of course my conclusion wasn't intended to be absurd, as it was just your mind that made it so. You very nicely left out the fact that perhaps the soldiers were still living when they were set on fire, torched, and mutilated. Are you sure they weren't? I've seen nothing that said they were for sure dead when that happened.... did you see anything that stated that?

I wouldn't be happy that any soldiers were killed unnecessarily, BUT if they were trying to rescue men and women who were wounded, and nearly dead....I would think they were extraordinarily brave.

I'm sure I stated that before.
