i-Wave Special Edition........................

The IW continues to fall indicating reduced risk in the market. The rate of decline this week was less in that the Value Line data does not yet reflect the week of June 5th.

The good news is that risk is declining. The bad news is that it's still well above our average risk levels.

i-Wave Large Cap...................

45% Cash for individual Stocks
30% Cash for diversified mutual funds
-5 IW Oscillator - indicates falling risk

---------------------------------------------

i-Wave Small Cap...................
60% Cash for individual Stocks
40% for diversified mutual funds
-6 IW Oscillator - indicates falling risk

---------------------------------------------

The IW components didn't change much from last week other than Divergence. It appears that this week's activity convinced a greater number of traders that a correction of some type is in the works. The more convinced they become, the more bullish will be the signal.

Best regards, Tom
PS: Anyone in the Middle West who has noting to do tomorrow is welcome to attend the car races at The Milwaukee Mile at the Milwaukee County Fairgrounds.

I believe it is free to come and watch. You might have to sign a waiver to come into the paddock. If you see an Orange and Blue Cobra Roadster I guarantee it will be me as I don't think there's any others! Racing starts at about 9AM and will continue through most of the day to 5PM. I don't have a schedule of when I'll be on the track, but if you're there by noon, chances are you'll see me race sometime in the afternoon.

I took 2nd overall last year after chasing a dark blue Porsche Whaletail for 21 laps. I finished just off his side door, but couldn't quite sneak the nose out front before the finish line! He made a great rabbit to chase! I'm hoping for a rematch!
