Nagin deserves a lot of blame for poor planning. The Governeor deserves a lot of blame You are probably the first person to actually admit that. I do agree that since after about a week after hurricane, the Feds have done a terrible job. DO I lay it at Bushes feet? Of course not. He has thousands of people in multiple departments who are supposed to handle this stuff. If you think he should be on the phone dispatching FEMA trailers, you're wrong. He should be on the phone kicking the butts of those not getting the job done.
