Jordanian tribesmen gave up Zarqawi, then locals confirmed he was there. Good intel, finally. So now that he's dead we can start withdrawing and let the Iraqis handle things. Zarqawi can no longer take over Iraqi after we're gone, as Bush warned us was possible.

You may be challenging me to think in your estimation, but I'm WAITING for you do do so. Perhaps you'd like to actually state which words from your post you'd like me to emphasize? I wouldn't want to get it exactly backwards or anything like that, you know.

So what if the Shias pointed Zarqawi out? Really. So what if the US kept its mouth shut until the Iraqi government could announce his death and claim much deserved credit for it?

Is there something hidden deep between the lines in your opening question "Do you seriously believe that the US killed Zarqawi?," or should we really assume it indicates you don't believe the U.S. killed Zarqawi as it's obvious meaning indicates. Perhaps you mean to say someone else did it, or even that he is not dead (both logical possibilities given your question and follow up). You really don't offer much clarity there. Our plane bombed him to death, last I heard.

Perhaps you could confuse the matter more?

How 'bout I end sort of the way you started. Sort of. Here: Do you really believe "Zarqawi had a wider support than Saddam did?"
