Of course he wasn't, but Berg was being asked if Zarqawi being killed gave him pleasure, and he said no

He also said specifically that the killing of Zarqawi was an act of revenge.

But the followers of Zarqawi will go for revenge

But how many "followers" do you think this guy really had? He couldn't address a gymnasium full of 500 people ever (because one of them would probably have handed him over), or probably even a room full of 20 more than once a month. Given the $25 million bounty on his head, how large an organization do you think he was really leading? I know he was the #1 most wanted terrorist, but serioulsy, how many followers do you think he had?

I have no idea, but I am highly doubtful that the insurgents in Iraq are a large united group, and removing one individual is probably exactly that.
