So your contention is that the more sophisticated plan involving flight training all evolved within the 7 months Bush was President?

You can't have it both ways. I believe the argument is childish to begin with.

Terrorists don't give to squirts of warm piss if you are liberal, Democrat, Republican or Green party. They don't care if you are a socialist or commie either. You are their enemy and no amount compromise and appeasement will change that.

It is immaterial who planned what, when etc. All my point is that which President let US guard down in such a massive way that could hijack 4 planes on our soil, that 19 people could breach our airport security and that the USAF readiness proved worthless since they could not intercept the second plane that crashed into the WTC.

A massive operation such as 9/11 all happening within our shores.
