Easy money and tax breaks mean everything. As for demographics, if you mean the chain-letter, shaklee, Amway, baby boomers I'm with yah. They will bubble anything. But then it ends up in a bust.

Please clarify what you mean by demographics. Are you including jobs? What other factors? or are you simply talking about population across age groups?
