I agree with your thoughts regarding CWPC , and that is why I've never held any.
You say that it is one of the better plays.......
Which others do you see as being questionable in their over-valuation , and why ?

CWPC....I share your concern about the land lease position. That's why the 100,000 shares I once owned a little over a year ago at a cost basis of about .34 cents were readily disposed of quite quickly post $1.00 share price.

I'm quite surprised how far CWPC has run but never really personally understood the risk of the "dissolving" lease. Apparently the market has thought it's no big deal.

Is it???
