all the commodities are at NOT at multi-year highs .........................

Commodities have been a tremendously horrible investment compared to stocks, bonds, and real estate (if you look at any reasonable time period).

If you start around 20 or 25 years ago, a good guess for the increase in price for stocks, bonds, and real estate is often 1000% or 2000%

Commodities are roughly UNCHANGED for the past 20 or 25 years.

(But everyone KNOWS they are a "great" investment.")
