It's not who casts the votes. It's who counts the votes.

We need election reform. When we accomplish that simple matter, then we will be a democracy.

Simple standardized paper ballots, counted by civil servants with observers from all parties is the only way to ensure democracy. Partisan vendors of election equipment with "secret programming" must be scrapped. I don't care if it takes a week to count the ballots.

The most accurate way to count ballots is by hand using tried and true methods. They do it that way in every democracy on the planet. We need to get in step.
