buying healthy foods low in salt, sugar and fat

Salt, sugar and non-trans-fat are not harmful in and of themselves.

Salt won't hurt you unless you're salt-sensitive.

Sugar and fat won't hurt you unless you don't get enough exercise.

In fact, low-salt, low-sugar and low-fat won't do you any good if it's all achieved with the use of chemicals and clever processing to imitate fast food.
