Er... getting a little down and dirty there, aren't you? I hope that was a joke.

That's why I earlier suggested two things: that the trigger be raised to, say, 5 or 10 or 15 million, and thereafter adjusted annually for C.P.I. changes, and the tax rate lowered to the same as income tax rate (hopefully a new, single income tax rate for all after tax system is reformed, and loopholes eliminated)....
