The National Guard is already the regulated militia. They're in every state. We don't need rightwing nuts organizing with military arms as well. They have proven they can be a clear and present danger to our government. Also, if you're proud to fight for freedom and democracy, how do you feel about Bushies cheating in the last two elections and using smear campaigns and phony terrorist alerts to confuse voters? This has removed a good chunk of our democracy here at home, hasn't it? Especially since the GOP congress and Bush justice department refuse to investigate the abuses.
