I don't see why one has to actually see this movie in order to know what Gore is talking about, for the most part. It is widely reported to be a Powerpoint slide presentation he's been giving for years, interspersed with human interest vignettes about Gore, himself. Does he actually say anything in the movie he hasn't said elsewhere?

I liked Farenheit 9/11 when it stuck, more or less, to the facts, even outrageous interpretations of the facts that stuck pretty closely to what actually happened. I think an essential element of political humor is that it stick closely to the facts, in which case it can be as outrageous as it pleases.

For example, it's funny to say Bush looks like a monkey or a chimp, which he does, or make fun of the way he mangles speech. It's funny to make fun of Gore for being wooden and wonky.

The only thing about Farenheit 9/11 that bugged me is when Moore segued from making fun of American military for being violent killers to going all hearts and flowers over them when they were KIA.
