OK, that makes sense. Death to terrorists who savagely murder civilized people. They are not protected by civilized society's justice standards or customs. Then there's this. You remember that my sole objection to the death penalty is my belief both that mistakes may and have happened... So, if you yourself had witnessed the act of murder, or the murderer is caught red handed, or the murderer confesses convincingly -- so that there was no possibility of a mistake occurring -- this would eliminate your "sole objection"?
