Maybe it is all different this time. The local press and
news is that it might be a signed deal tomorrow.

PS Gotta love that Silver. Sticks his nose in right at the
end to get some face time and take ownership for something
he objected to all along. What a farce. Now he's trying to
blow the whole deal by pre-announcing the deal and forcing
the possible contractors to pay inflated prevailing wages
on the construction. Man, I hate that guy.
