If Tony indeed took 1.2M from GENI and touted this as
a short - he's a bad guy in my book. I just remember him
talking about GENI as a screaming short. I hope it's not true.

MY question is why would you repost over and over something you believe and we are all pretty sure is false? Who really cares what Bud says?

Another question, since the prosecutors in the Elgindy case acknowledge that most of his targets were scams what is their explanation for not filing a single charge on any of those targets ?

I understand arresting the whistleblower when he crosses the line in finding and profitting from a scam by cheating with inside government info. However, I do not understand giving the cheating whistle blower 11 years and letting every "acknowledged" scamster off without even a single charge

This could not be further from the truth. I watched live as Anthony became aware of the whole GENI scamola, how the authorities would not listen to him as he yelled and shouted to them how scammy GENI was, and then watched Anthony's account get ripped apart by squeeze after squeeze on GENI.

This Bud Burrell guy is just another dude who has no clue how to connect the dots.

Breen didn’t miss a thing on this because there was nothing to miss. End of story.

I also never fail to be surpised how innacurate the media stories are, even by people who lived in Anthony's backyard like Dean C. formerly of of the San Diego Tribune. Elgindy never "bought" a 2.2m mansion, and it is not even a mansion. He mortgaged it like most Americans do. lol.
