Yes. And they are smaller, and a lot of them are female. They have to use a lot more force when they get in a tight situation. We used to hire guys who were big physical specimans, and they had a lot less problems with the punks on the corner.

As recently as my father's generation, in PA when the State Police rolled up you danced to whatever fiddle they played.
