I agree with Bill Cosby, Walter Williams and Larry Elder who credit the black population for full ownership of this problem and must decide to solve it. All males. Very mature males, at that. One might even say elderly. Not that they're wrong. It is not fixed by a 'new feminism' in my view. Privileged white women opt out of the workforce when they have babies. prospect.org Why should an intelligent black woman do any different? Especially when it's pretty much impossible to get ahead when you have babies, anyway?
