Well maybe some form of energy weapon attack, or more likely some form of jamming on their telemetry and communications. And then I suppose there could be something totally new that I don't know about.

Maybe. Hopefully. But if so problems with North Korea will probably prop up again. Their regime is a problem that keeps comming around and around again.

Clinton could have given Kim Monica or something like that. President Bush is unlikely to engage in the surrender diplomacy that Kim seems to require.
