Oh, so the dramatic increase in sales (which was not true) and the 2nd quarter statement was profitable was based on Turek's lack of financial knowledge that even though the company because of restructuring a loan to create the positive adjustment of $440,000, it would still lose a bundle. Turek not only was very wrong, he mislead investors into thinking that operations were profitable. The Company restructured its debt with Laser Engineering during the course of the second quarter ended June 30, 2005. As a result of this settlement, the Company recognized income from forgiveness of debt in the amount of $440,000 during the quarter ended June 30, 2005
