A few corrections need to be made there:

another America. The one that was founded based on greed

This must be an imaginary America - I don't really think the founding fathers (Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, HAmilton, etc.) were motivated by greed. If you know of a reason to claim that, you can defend the "based on greed" line.

and built by a bunch of hoodlums and robber barons.

Many of the folks labeled "Robber barons" have been slandered. As for hoodlums who built America, who are you talking about?

.. give women and children small pox laden blankets.

That was done by a British officer prior to the US being independent. Take it up with Britain.

Then would drive the buffalo towards extinction just to starve the indians

I believe Nelson Miles did pursue such a policy, though economics would have done the job even without any western Indian wars. The economic issue involved is the "tragedy of the commons".

and puts a price on their scalp.

Various English colonies did this prior to US independence. So did French and Spanish, the nation of Mexico, and I believe a couple of South American nations. But the US, once it came into existence, never did as far as I know. Yes, it is true the US did take most of their land in exchange for a pittance. You can criticize the US, along with all the other nations in the hemisphere, for that if you wish.

An America for whom the pursuit of the almighty dollar is next to godliness

Yes, many Americans have lost and continue to lose their moral compasss when it comes to money. This is not a uniquely American problem of course.

and goes to Philippines to massacre anyone over 10M just to have access to new markets.

I think we should have set the Philippines free after defeating Spain. However, the idea that the Philippines was a great market and that we chose to keep if for that reason is mistaken, I think. I think America's leaders were trying to copy the other world powers at the time - all of whom were acquiring foreign colonies. At any rate, the Philippines today is free - that freedom freely granted by the US - and has a sizeable population that is very favorably disposed to the US, so it is likely the US occupation was not so brutal as that sentence implies.

The one that thinks nothing of dropping an atomic bomb on civilians,

When thinking about the atomic bombing of Japan, you should consider the conventional war that was ongoing. There is little doubt that by forcing the end of the war quickly, more lives were saved than lost by use of that weapon.

then does it again a few days later just to experiment and observe the different affects of a plutonium bomb versus uranium bomb.

Or does it again, because the first one didn't result in an end to the ongoing war.

Your first paragraph was quite good. But the overreach in the second paragraph calls out for correcting.
