Thomas -

Funny cartoon.

Kind of misses the mark, though, considering that there's no reason for Dems to be unhappy that Zarqawi was killed, Rove is still guilty of horrible, unethical political dirty tricks, and W's numbers might have gotten a slight bump but they are still awful.

But if you get some comfort from it, that's great.

Pathetic. To think of Zarqawi as the biggest problem in Iraq is stupid - something you will realize in the coming months. If you have any brains, that is. Zarqawi marketed himself very well as the AQ "leader" in Iraq and you folks elevated him to "superstar" status. There are many more resistance, insurgent and militia groups in Iraq plus AQ itself that will continue to thrive regardless of what happened to Zarqawi.

And Rove, innocent? Yeah, right. Like OJ is innocent.

As for the Dumbya polls, where was the rebound? And was it even outside the margin of error? Celebrating a 1 or 2 point rebound when the margin of error is 3 or 4 points, is downright idiotic, and so I am not surprised that the Regressives are celebrating! :-)

95% of violence in Iraq is from non-terrorists, principally the two main sects battling it out and killing each other. This is a civil war and is likely to keep raging for a long time. US troops being in the middle of it may be a big part of the problem. It's certainly not a smart place for our troops to be stuck. And if you don't believe me, look at the results. Never believe Bushie spin, just judge them on their results.

Terrible results. Terrrible misleadership. Totally dishonest and deceitful spin.
