Elroy, you can't set a nuke off ANYWHERE without it being detected and identified.

Lil' Kim ain't dumb and he knows if he does a test it would bring the Japanese and the South Koreans into the nuclear club (if they aren't already there).

This guy learned brinkmanship well from his father. You push things as far as you can to attain as much as you can from your adversaries.

How do you think he feels seeing all the wooing going on toward Iran and they haven't even come close to making a bomb?
They're offering Iran light water reactors and all these other incentives. N. Korea has a hard time keepin' 60 watt bulbs going. They want those reactors too.
